I not only love it because of the food, but I love it because it is my Birthday too!  I am a turkey baby,  born on Thanksgiving Day. I still celebrate Turkey Day as my birthday if it is the actual day of my birth or not.

My family eats gluten-free.  My husband has in the past been diagnosed with an underachieve thyroid and is very sensitive to gluten.  Most recently, I have suspected that my 3-year old also has a gluten sensitivity by the partial dark circles that sometimes creep under her eyes.
